The Administrative Ministry is responsible for the general running of the church.
The team’s general responsibilities are:
Presenting church vision and ministry goals to the congregation.
Discussing and deliberating on such matters and problems that arise in the activities of the church.
Reviewing church programs, coordinating and overseeing the work of other church ministries
Writing and approving policies as needed to support the organisation and the ministry of the congregation.
Encouraging representatives of various ministries in church to present concerns and issues to the board for consideration.
Supervising church membership.
